Start your evening in the DIAMOND BALLROOM where your wedding ceremony will take place. This room will be decorated so beautiful your guests will be mesmerized. Chandeliers, candles, flowers, stunning ceiling drapery and up lights make this room the ultimate location for an intimate, vintage setting for you and your fiancé to exchange your vows.

Immediately following the ceremony your guests will be invited to enjoy cocktails and hors d´oeuvres in our romantic mezzanine.

  • Romantic Mezzanine where your guests can enjoy cocktails and butler served hors d´oeuvres around our royal vintage bar while relaxing on our sleek contemporary sofas.
  • Grand Crystal Ballroom Reception complete with 4 gorgeous crystal chandeliers, elegant ceiling draping, tables, chairs, choice of linen tablecloths, chair covers and napkin colors, elegant ceiling draping, 20 up lights, colorful sound activated party lights as well as 4 high powered spotlights and a fully equipped sound system.
  • Full design and decoration of your event- You may choose one of three styles by ROGO DESIGNS or mix and match: Manzanita tree with crystals and orchids, tall vase and floral arrangement in any color or submersed flower in water with floating candle. All centerpiece designs include: candles, flower petals, base lights, beveled mirrors, silver or gold charger plates, table numbers, your choice of color chair sashes, and choice of color table runner and/or overlay. Choose from a wide selection of colors and flowers.
  • 1 hour consultation with the designer to prepare the perfect “table design” as part of the confirmation process to secure your events perfect design and decorations concept.
  • Showcase VIP Bridal canopy 12x12x16 with gorgeous hanging crystal chandelier for placement over the sweetheart table, matching top corner flower arrangements and 4 up lights for each corner in your color of choice.
  • Full China rental including: All plates, champagne flutes, water glasses and flatware.
  • Banquet servers that will chill and serve your champagne, cut and serve your cake, brew and manage your coffee and non- alcoholic beverage service areas as well as manage your china.

The grand event of the evening is the moment we open the CRYSTAL BALLROOM to your guests and they see the gorgeous decorations you personally chose. As they crest the threshold of the GRAND CRYSTAL BALLROOM and see the beautiful chandeliers, decorations and lights the amazement sets in, the vision is spectacular!

As your dinner hour comes to an end prepare for the ultimate finale. Disco lights on the ceiling and on all 4 walls will have your party rocking and rolling in a matter of seconds, making the simplest events look extravagant.
