Dear Mother of the Bride,

As your daughter’s wedding day approaches, we just want to offer you a few words of encouragement to help you through what could potentially be a very emotional day.

  • Remember – We know that many brides who were married before the creation of Pinterest wish they could get a second chance to plan their own perfect day. But, remember, this is your daughter’s wedding, not yours. Give her freedom to create and express herself this day, and remember, the day belongs to her.
  • Relax – At the Crystal Ballroom, we make it our goal to make each ballroom wedding perfect and unique. You can rest assured that our talented and attentive staff will have every detail of your daughter’s day covered. Not only will our designers create a fabulous backdrop for her celebration prior to her big day, but she will also have a designated banquet manager for her event, who will do everything in his power to make sure the day runs smoothly from the moment she walks down the aisle, to the moment she and her groom depart in their wedding limo! Trust us; we can handle it!
  • Rest – Chances are, the day will be exhausting, both emotionally, and physically. As much as it is possible in the days before the big event, give yourself ample time to get the rest you need. If possible, plan to delegate tasks that are a part of your normal routine. This may mean you hire a cleaning service to get your house sparkling before family begins to arrive from out-of-town. It may mean ordering take-out instead of cooking a few nights before the wedding. Whatever you do, make rest a priority.

Fortunately, you can rest assured that since your daughter has planned her ballroom wedding at one of our many locations in South Florida, both she, and you, will be able to rest, relax, and enjoy her day and the many memories it will hold.
